Designed by global architecture and design firm Gensler, the single 42-storey tower will feature simple, rectilinear design with a strong grid-like form and striking dramatic material palette. With a double-height lobby and framed, multi-level amenity pavilion prominently located at the centre of the building, the expressive architecture is a modern interpretation of a classic form. At grade, the design is further expressed in the form of townhomes along Wilson. Within the building, the Gensler-devised interiors maintain a modern and confident esthetic.
